Buying a Move-in-Ready home

To buy a move-in-ready home, check out the available homes page. These homes are either under construction or completed and ready to move into. To buy a move-in-ready home you will:

  1. Make a reservation to secure the home

  2. Financing — get your financing in order during construction

  3. Close and Move in — close and move into the home when construction is complete

Buying a move-in-ready home is much like buying a home off the market, and takes 0-2 months from your reservation to you moving in depending on financing and construction.

Buying your Custom Home

Step 1

Customization Path: After a short conversation we will know the best path to customize your home

Home Model: Meet with the StoneMill Sales Staff to find the home plan that best fits your lifestyle.

Building Sites: Pick your lot in a beautiful neighborhood in Sheridan or Ranchester Wyoming.

Write Purchase and Sales Agreement: After choosing your home model and building site, our Sales Staff will help kick-off your project.

Step 2

Apply & receive loan approval

Selections and construction plans final approval: review and sign the construction plans and selections before construction begins

Preconstruction meeting: A project manager will meet with you to go over the construction process and what to expect, and answer any of your questions.

Final design: our design team will finalize your customized construction plans

Permits: We will apply for the necessary permits for your project
