We're looking for a hands-on, organized, and proactive individual to oversee our warehouse operations, materials delivery, and facilities maintenance.
Position Summary:
The Warehousing, Job Delivery & Facilities Manager plays a critical role in the smooth functioning of our construction operations. This position manages the organization and dispatch of materials from our warehouse to active job sites, keeps inventory systems accurate and up-to-date, and oversees the maintenance of our buildings and grounds. You'll be working closely with project managers, field crews, and vendors to ensure materials arrive on time and that our facilities remain safe, clean, and operational year-round.
Key Responsibilities:
Warehouse & Inventory Management:
- Receive and inspect incoming materials, tools, and equipment. 
- Maintain accurate inventory records using our tracking systems. 
- Organize and label inventory for efficient storage and retrieval. 
- Conduct regular cycle counts and inventory audits. 
- Coordinate returns, repairs, and disposal of damaged or unused materials. 
Job Delivery & Field Logistics:
- Review daily/weekly job orders and schedule material deliveries accordingly. 
- Load and deliver materials to active job sites using company trucks and trailers. 
- Coordinate with construction crews to ensure timely delivery of tools and materials. 
- Communicate any delays or issues with deliveries to project managers. 
- Ensure all delivery and transport logs are complete and accurate. 
Facilities Maintenance (Buildings & Grounds):
- Maintain StoneMill-owned facilities including warehouses, storage yards, and office spaces. 
- Perform seasonal groundskeeping: lawn mowing, trimming, snow removal, and de-icing. 
- Monitor building systems and perform basic repairs (e.g., plumbing, HVAC filters, lighting). 
- Schedule and coordinate outside contractors for larger repairs or maintenance needs. 
- Ensure safety protocols and cleanliness standards are upheld across all facilities. 
Qualifications:
- 3+ years experience in warehousing, construction materials logistics, or facilities maintenance. 
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record (CDL a plus but not required). 
- Forklift certification or willingness to obtain. 
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. 
- Familiarity with inv_entory management systems or willingness to learn. 
- Basic handyman or facilities maintenance skills (plumbing, electrical, landscaping). 
- Comfortable working outdoors in all seasons and lifting/moving heavy materials. 
- Proactive, self-motivated, and dependable team player.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
After 6 months employment:

Expected Compensation:
$28-$33/hour + cash awards + benefits
Pay offered may vary depending on individual factors including experience, skills, certifications, and qualifications. The total compensation package may also include other elements dependent on the situation and details will be provided if you receive an offer of employment.
