3–5+ years of siding experience with various exterior products (Hardie, LP, metal, board & batten, etc.)
1–2 years experience in a crew lead or foreman role preferred
Ability to read blueprints and understand elevation details
Skilled with siding tools and equipment, including brakes, snips, and scaffolding or lifts
High standards for finish quality, straight lines, and weather-tight work
