Position Summary:

As a Concrete Technician, you’ll work with a skilled team to complete a variety of concrete tasks. You’ll assist in preparing sites, setting forms, pouring, finishing, and curing concrete — all while learning the trade and advancing your skills. Whether you’ve worked in concrete before or you're ready to start a career in the field, this is a great opportunity to build something real.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Help set up and strip concrete forms

  • Place, spread, and screed concrete during pours

  • Use hand tools and power tools to finish surfaces (floats, trowels, edgers, etc.)

  • Assist with rebar placement, grading, and site prep

  • Safely operate small equipment (cutoff saws, compactors, etc.)

  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe jobsite

  • Follow direction from the Crew Lead and work as part of a team

  • Show up on time and ready to work outdoors in all weather

Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in concrete or construction is a plus — but not required

  • Willingness to learn, work hard, and follow instructions

  • Physically fit and able to lift 50–80 lbs, bend, kneel, and work on your feet all day

  • Reliable transportation to job sites

  • Safety-first attitude and strong work ethic

  • Must be 18 or older and authorized to work in the U.S.

Benefits and Compensation

After 6 months employment:

  • Paid holidays (New years Day, July 4th, Thanksgiving, and Christmas)

  • Paid vacation - up to 80 hours per year (accrual)

Expected Compensation

$18-$30/hour + cash awards (quarterly profit sharing) + benefits

Pay offered may vary depending on individual factors including experience, skills, resources and knowledge. The total compensation package may also include other elements dependent on the situation and details will be provided if you receive an offer of employment.
