Some customers find a home currently being built or that is ready to move in, some start at the beginning and customize their plan to exactly the way they want. The timeline varies for each client, but after a contract is signed and construction starts, a new home build takes around 6 months.

While a home is a home, if you’re going to build a new one, you might as well make it an interesting and inspiring place to live. Every home we build starts with a study of the dweller — formulating a compelling style, the steps required from spaces, amount of natural light, bedroom positioning, storage, and so on.

Premium building materials often times separate luxury and lower price home builds, but we will not settle for non-durable materials to lower prices. You’ll find real natural stone for masonry, high-end windows, quartz counters, premium flooring, hardwood millwork, and so on.

Fine, meticulous craftsmanship that usually defines luxury homes, is apparent in each StoneMill home. Our team is a group of artists that love what they do, and each are proud of their own contribution to the final result.

While customers can select all of their own materials, we have simpler customization programs that allow clients to choose from compelling themes that our designers have assembled in a few different styles to help minimize the stress of so many decisions, and to provide a tailoring experience that results in a unique and personal style for each client.
